2. Beside the initial payments, what other fees or recurring payments are there?

There are no additional payments after the initial purchase, the software and licenses are your's to keep forever. You can, however, choose to renew your support contract after the initial year to get the benefit of continuing support and free upgrades to the latest enhancements and improvements.
